ADVANCING SUSTAINABILITY | UMIHS Leaders Engage in 2025 UN SDG Seminar



































































































On February 21, 2025, the selected leaders of UM Ilang High School participated in the first UMIHS United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Seminar spearheaded by the Council of Student Organizations (CSO). With the theme 'Developing Lifelong Leaders: Promoting Sustainability with Innovative Minds through UN SDG Solutions,' the seminar aimed to empower students to become catalysts for positive change in their communities.
The morning session featured Dr. Henry Ligan, who discussed the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In the afternoon, the event included the Project Pitching Competition and a talk on The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, presented by Clarence Josh Rubilla, Jhareign Solidum, and John Lawrence Prudencio.
