Amid UM Ilang’s preparations for the Intramurals 2023, a ‘surprise’ fire drill took place with the professional assistance of Panacan Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) on October 18. The unannounced occurrence indeed tested the students’ truthfulness and readiness in disaster incidence. With the help of the student firefighters, rescuers, and medics from UM Ilang High School’s Life Saver’s Club, the said drill turned out successful.
