MAGING LIGTAS, MAGING PANATAG, PILIPINAS!

Due to the recent Doublet Earthquake last October 10, 2025 with a 7.4 magnitude and 6.9 magnitude respectively, people are encouraged to learn what to do 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲, 𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 and 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 an Earthquake.

𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗸𝗲:

You must check and familiarize the hazards in your area. Be informed about exit routes and evacuation plans. Always keep a family 𝗚𝗼 𝗕𝗮𝗴 including medical kit and actively participate in earthquake drills.

𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗸𝗲:

Remember to always stay calm and alert. If you’re inside a building, perform 𝗗𝘂𝗰𝗸, 𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗱 until the shaking stops. After shaking, move to the nearest evacuation area. If outdoors, stay away from buildings, trees and electric posts.

𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗸𝗲:

Be alert for aftershocks and check for injuries. Evacuate immediately if you are in coastal areas. Check for damages in water, electrical lines and gas. Lastly, stay informed and wait for official instructions.
