Self-harm is something that a lot of people go through, but it's not always easy to talk about.

Sometimes people keep their struggles to themselves because they're afraid of being judged or misunderstood. But the truth is, no one should have to deal with that kind of pain alone.

This is about spreading awareness and reminding everyone that it's okay to talk about mental health. Checking in on your friends, listening without judging, and simply being there for someone can make a really big difference.

And if you're someone who's struggling right now, please remember that your feelings are valid and you deserve support. Talking to someone you trust, a friend, family member, or a trusted adult can be a really important first step. You're not alone, and there are people who care about you and want to help.

Let's keep the conversation going, support one another, and create a space where people feel safe to speak up and be heard. #SelfHarmAwareness #Mental HealthMatters
